While shopping I found some tofu-based taco meat in the vegetable section. I also found veggie-based shredded cheese and picked up some shredded lettuce.
Heat the “meat”, put it in the taco shell, add lettuce, cheese and some salsa. Eat. Easy and no cholesterol.
The only thing I didn’t like so much is that it tasted very salty. I would think that a company going through all the trouble to make healthy product would not put in so much salt. Tsk tsk!
