Boil a pot of water and put in some spaghetti. Cook at a low boil for about 11 minutes. While the spaghetti is cooking pour your favorite canned sauce in a small sauce pan to heat up.
When the timer on the spaghetti gets down to 5 minutes, put some bread in the toaster. While the bread is toasting, put a pre-cooked chicken breast available in the frozen food section of your grocery store. It only takes about 3 minutes on 70% power in the microwave.
When the toast is ready, spread a little butter and dust with garlic salt. Slice diagonally.
When the chicken is sufficiently heated take it out of the microwave. Strain the water out of the spaghetti using a colander. Make sure it is as dry as possible to avoid too much water on your plate. Dump the spaghetti on the plate with the chicken breast. Smother in sauce and sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese.
Oooah! A fine meal for a fine price. You would pay $11-15 at a restaurant.
This easy Chicken Parmesan is a great meal for the lonely man.
