Lesson Learned – Don’t stir the coals

clsHere’s another lesson I learn over and over because I keep forgetting it.  The sayings, “Don’t stir the coals” or “Let sleeping dogs lie” are both saying the same thing.

When things are cool and calm life tends to get boring.  I have a habit of doing something unnecessary to break the monotony without first thinking through the consequences.

What I’m trying to do here is to remind myself to just relax and not make things more difficult than necessary.  In many cases, nothing is better than something.  Am I making any sense?
