After the last few days of feeling mentally unpleasant, I think I have finally gotten over it with a little therapy:
1. Sleeping late therapy
2. Retail therapy
3. Lunch at a restaurant therapy
4. Sitting in hammock in the back yard reading therapy.
I feel much better today. I almost don’t dread having to go to work tomorrow. That’s pretty good! I need to make sure I get some therapy more often. It really helps.
I especially enjoyed reading outside in the hammock under the oak tree. It is something I cannot do during the summer because of the oppressive heat, humidity and mosquitoes.
