When I was retired, I walked around the neighborhood every morning. It wasn’t a lot but at least a mile to get the blood moving. Now that I am working again, when am I supposed to get any exercise? The only time is afterwards. I had planned on doing it today even though I am dead-tired after being at work all day. I finally talked myself into it but couldn’t find my earbuds. I can’t walk without my podcasts so I guess I can’t walk.
So much for that. I think I’ll watch TV instead.
